Responsibilities

- Support category teams in defining sourcing requirements and business needs.

- Prepare SOWs, RFPs, RFIs, and other sourcing documents.

- Analyse spend data to identify savings opportunities.

- Coordinate with suppliers, evaluate proposals, and support negotiations.

- Support contract drafting, review, redlining, and compliance.

- Conduct supplier research and develop alternative sourcing options.

- Maintain spend reports and support category planning.

- Manage catalogues, supplier portals, and purchasing processes.

- Track contract renewals, extensions, and expirations.

- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and legal stakeholders.

Requirements

- Experience in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and negotiations.

- Knowledge of spend analysis, savings tracking, and contract management.

- Familiarity with ERP/procurement tools such as Coupa is an advantage.

- Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and presentations.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working with global teams across different time zones.

- Team management and client-support experience preferred.

- Positive understanding of global markets and diverse cultures.
