OrynticLabs is a technology company that helps businesses build and improve their digital products. We work on websites, web and mobile applications, custom software, SaaS products, AI solutions, automation, and other technology requirements.

We are looking for motivated Independent Sales Partners / Business Development Partners who can help us connect with businesses that need technology solutions.

This is a commission-based opportunity, so there is no fixed monthly salary. Your earnings will be directly linked to the business you bring and successfully close with OrynticLabs.

What You Will Do

- Find and connect with potential clients who may need software, websites, mobile apps, SaaS, AI, or automation solutions.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email, WhatsApp, referrals, networking, and your existing professional network.
- Understand the client’s basic requirements and identify the right OrynticLabs service.
- Schedule meetings with interested prospects.
- Follow up with prospects and help move opportunities forward.
- Coordinate with the OrynticLabs team during discussions, proposals, and negotiations.
- Maintain basic records of leads, follow-ups, and opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and identify future business opportunities.

What We Are Looking For
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with business owners, founders, and decision-makers.
- Ability to identify potential clients and start conversations.
- Basic understanding of websites, software development, SaaS, AI, or digital solutions is helpful but not mandatory.
- Experience in IT sales, software sales, SaaS sales, digital marketing, or business development is a plus.
- Existing business contacts or a strong professional network will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are also welcome to apply.

How the Commission Works

This is a performance-based role. There is no fixed salary.

You earn commission when the business you bring is successfully closed and the client payment is received by OrynticLabs.

Commission will depend on the project value and type of engagement. The exact commission structure will be discussed and agreed upon before starting.

There is no limit on the number of clients or business opportunities you can generate.
