Essential Skills: It is good to have solid documentation and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is beneficial. Ability to work in rotational shifts and on-call support models is a plus. Familiarity with user acceptance testing (UAT) is advantageous.
Strong training and support documentation skills are also desirable.Candidates must have experience with BIOVIA ONE Lab| LES| LIMS| or related laboratory systems.
Knowledge of FDA| EMA| and regulatory guidelines is essential. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are required.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities are necessary for this role. Familiarity with GxP and data integrity requirements is also a must.
