We are looking for a skilled QAD Consultant with 4–6 years of experience in the MFG/PRO (QAD) domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in QAD ERP implementation, support, customization, troubleshooting, and business process management across manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support, configuration, and maintenance of QAD ERP applications.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into QAD solutions.
- Work closely with business users to understand manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, and production processes.
- Configure and support QAD modules as per business needs.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Support system testing, UAT,
deployment, and production activities.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for enhancements and system integrations.
- Ensure system stability, performance, and compliance with business standards.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in QAD ERP / MFG-PRO.
- Good understanding of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, and Production Planning processes.
- Experience in QAD implementation, support, and enhancements.
- Ability to analyze and resolve application issues.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with business users and technical teams.
