Seven Oaks Sadok Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic, caring, patient, and reliable Inclusion Support Staff member to join our team.

The successful candidate will provide individualized support to children who may require additional assistance to participate fully in the child care program. This position is ideal for someone who has experience working with children with diverse abilities, developmental needs, behavioural challenges, or other additional support needs and who is committed to creating an inclusive, respectful, and welcoming environment for every child.

The position provides an prospect to work collaboratively with our child care team while supporting children's participation, development, well-being, and sense of belonging.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide individualized support to children who require additional assistance to participate in daily activities and programming.

- Support children's social, emotional, physical, communication,



and developmental needs.

- Assist children in participating in play-based learning, group activities, routines, and transitions.

- Adapt activities, materials, and approaches to support individual abilities and learning needs.

- Promote positive behaviour through patient, respectful, and supportive strategies.

- Help children develop independence, communication, social skills, and confidence.
