Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong technical understanding and functional knowledge of the Financial Services / Retirement Services domain. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing end-to-end IT projects involving Angular, .NET, Java, Struts, Microservices, Spring Boot, and PL/SQL technologies.

The candidate must be comfortable working directly with clients, leading cross-functional teams, managing project risks and budgets, and delivering projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

Strong functional knowledge of 401(k) Administration, Defined Contribution (DC) Plans, Defined Benefit (DB) Plans, and FIS Omni Suites, including Omni Admin Web, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project planning and execution for software development, infrastructure, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources, budgets, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, architects, QA teams, vendors, and support teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are delivered on time and within budget.
- Identify, assess, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and cost control.
- Facilitate project meetings, steering committee reviews, status meetings, and client communications.
- Manage change requests and ensure alignment with project objectives and governance processes.




- Track project performance using appropriate metrics and reporting tools.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and team collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and quality requirements.
- Apply Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies based on project requirements.

Technical Expertise

- Solid understanding of Angular, .NET, and Java-based technologies.
- Experience with Struts, Microservices, Spring Boot, and PL/SQL.
- Ability to understand technical architecture and effectively collaborate with technical teams and clients.
- Hands-on experience with project management and tracking tools such as:

- MS Project / MPP

- JIRA

- SNOW / ServiceNow

Functional & Domain Skills

- Knowledge of 401(k) Plans and Administration.
- Understanding of Defined Contribution (DC) Plans.
- Understanding of Defined Benefit (DB) Plans.
- Knowledge of FIS Omni Suites, including Omni Admin Web.
- Experience working on financial services or retirement administration projects is preferred.
