Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior CMS Solution Architect specializing in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance digital experience solutions.

The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end architecture of large-scale, multilingual, and headless AEM implementations. This role requires strong experience with AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), enterprise integrations, cloud architecture, performance optimization, and technical governance.

The architect will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into robust technical solutions, and provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Architecture

- Design and deliver comprehensive architectural blueprints for large-scale AEM implementations.
- Define architecture for multilingual, headless, and enterprise-grade digital experience platforms.
- Develop scalable and maintainable solutions aligned with business and technical objectives.
- Establish architectural standards and ensure adherence throughout the development lifecycle.

2. Stakeholder Collaboration

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and technical teams to understand business requirements.
- Translate functional and business requirements into clear technical specifications and solution designs.
- Present architectural recommendations and technical solutions to senior stakeholders.
- Act as a technical bridge between business and development teams.

3. AEM Architecture & Development

- Provide technical architecture and guidance across AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and AEM Forms.




- Design and support headless AEM implementations and content delivery architectures.
- Define content models, templates, components, workflows, and reusable architectural patterns.
- Ensure AEM solutions follow Adobe-recommended architecture and development practices.

4. Enterprise System Integration

- Architect and oversee integrations between AEM and third-party enterprise platforms.
- Design integrations with platforms such as:

- Adobe Commerce Cloud

- Salesforce
- Enterprise APIs and other third-party applications
- Ensure secure, scalable, reliable, and maintainable integration architectures.

5. AEM Cloud Architecture

- Design scalable and resilient solutions using AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
- Define appropriate CDN, Dispatcher, caching, and content delivery strategies.
- Design architectures that support high availability, scalability, and performance.
- Provide guidance on cloud deployment and environment architecture.

6. Security, Performance & Governance

- Establish and enforce architecture, security, and development best practices.
- Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security and data protection requirements.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across AEM and associated systems.
- Define advanced caching and optimization strategies.
- Conduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to established governance standards.

7. Technical Leadership & Mentorship





- Provide technical leadership to AEM development and engineering teams.
- Mentor developers and architects on AEM architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Review technical designs and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the AEM technology landscape.

Required Skills & Experience

- Robust experience as an AEM Solution Architect / Technical Architect.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Strong knowledge of AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms.
- Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
- Experience designing headless CMS architectures.
- Strong understanding of multilingual and enterprise-scale AEM implementations.
- Experience with Adobe Dispatcher, CDN, caching, and performance optimization.
- Experience integrating AEM with Adobe Commerce Cloud, Salesforce, and other enterprise platforms.
- Strong understanding of API and integration architecture.
- Knowledge of cloud architecture, scalability, security, and high availability.
- Strong understanding of architecture governance and enterprise design principles.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills.
- Experience mentoring development teams and leading technical initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

- Adobe AEM certifications are desirable.
- Experience with large-scale public-sector or enterprise digital platforms.
- Experience with cloud-native architecture and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of modern front-end technologies and headless delivery frameworks.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong documentation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
