Job Purpose To establish, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the organization's Integrated Management System (IMS) and Business Excellence framework, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, driving operational excellence, process optimization, digitalization, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing, projects, O&M;, and support functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Integrated Management System (IMS)

- Develop, implement, and maintain IMS covering:
- ISO 9001 (Quality Management System)
- ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System)
- ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System)
- ISO 50001 (Energy Management System) (if applicable)
- Ensure all IMS documentation is controlled and updated:

- Policies

- SOPs

- Work Instructions

- Process Maps
- Formats & Records
- Coordinate internal and external certification audits.
- Drive closure of audit findings, NCRs, observations, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and customer requirements.

2. Business Excellence & Process Improvement

- Deploy Business Excellence frameworks across the organization.
- Lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Conduct process maturity assessments and identify improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate process standardization and best practice implementation.
- Improve operational efficiency, productivity, quality, cost, and delivery performance.

3. Process Governance

- Define and maintain enterprise process architecture.
- Facilitate preparation and revision of SOPs and process documentation.
- Conduct process audits and compliance reviews.
- Monitor process adherence across manufacturing plants, project sites, and corporate functions.
- Drive process harmonization across locations.

4. Risk Management

- Establish enterprise risk management framework.
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning.
- Maintain risk registers and track mitigation actions.
- Facilitate periodic management review of organizational risks.

5. Performance Management & KPIs

- Develop and monitor organizational KPIs.

7. Customer & Stakeholder Excellence

- Support supplier development and process excellence initiatives.
- Conduct stakeholder satisfaction assessments.

8. Digitalization & Automation

- Promote digitization of IMS processes.

- Drive implementation of

- Utilize Power BI, SharePoint, SAP, ERP, and analytics tools for performance monitoring.

9. Training & Competency Development

- Develop IMS and Business Excellence training programs.
