Headphone Zone is India’s leading e-commerce destination for premium audio gear, representing nearly 80 global brands. We are looking for an enthusiastic Import Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Chennai.

Role Overview

You will manage backend coordination, documentation, and tracking for our inbound international air freight shipments, ensuring seamless customs clearance and warehouse delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Shipment Tracking: Monitor air imports from global suppliers to our Chennai warehouse, coordinating with airlines, freight forwarders, and CHAs.
- Documentation: Verify critical import paperwork (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, MAWB/HAWB, Certificates of Origin).
- Customs Clearance: Assist senior teams and CHAs with Bill of Entry preparation, ICEGATE documentation, and duty payment processing.
- Record Keeping:



Maintain accurate daily logs in MS Excel and maintain archived compliance files.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and highlight document discrepancies early to avoid port clearance delays.

Requirements

- Education: Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Foreign Trade, BBA, EXIM or Cargo diplomas. Even smart graduates who are inclined can be trained by us .
- Knowledge: Foundational understanding of Incoterms, air freight paperwork, and Indian customs processes.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, robust attention to detail, and good written/verbal English (Tamil is a plus).
- Mindset: Proactive, organized, and eager to learn e-commerce supply chain operations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
