Job Summary

We are looking for an Import Export & Logistics Executive to manage EXIM documentation, shipment coordination, logistics activities, and communication with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and transporters.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain Export & Import documentation.
- Handle Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, BL/AWB, COO and related documents.
- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines and transporters.
- Coordinate container booking, shipment dispatch and delivery schedules.
- Track shipments and provide regular status updates.
- Assist in customs clearance and import/export procedures.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse and Dispatch teams.
- Maintain accurate EXIM and logistics records.




- Follow up with customers, suppliers and logistics partners.
- Support timely resolution of documentation and shipment-related issues.

Qualification
- B.Com / BBA / MBA / International Business / Logistics or equivalent.
- Freshers with relevant EXIM knowledge may apply.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Import & Export procedures
- EXIM documentation
- Logistics & shipment coordination
- MS Excel / MS Office
- Good English communication
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Attention to detail

Preferred Experience Experience in Chemical / Fertilizer / Manufacturing / Trading / Import-Export industry will be an advantage.
