Turn your pharmacy or nursing degree into a career in healthcare technology. If you studied Hospital Administration, D.Pharm, B.Pharm or B.Sc. Nursing and want more than a pharmacy counter or ward shifts, this role is built for you. No coding required. You'll help hospitals across Tamil Nadu go digital using ClinQ, and you'll do it in a weekday, laptop-based, office job with a real path into product and client roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and document hospital workflows, including OPD/IPD, pharmacy, billing, and inventory, and map them to the software.
- Support software implementation and go-live activities at client hospitals.
- Conduct training sessions, remotely and occasionally in office, for doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and other hospital staff, in a way non-technical teams actually understand.
- Coordinate between hospital clients and our development team: gather requirements, communicate updates, and follow up on issues.
- Provide first-level support to clients by logging issues, resolving basic queries, and escalating technical issues with clear context.




- Use the software the way a pharmacist or nurse would before each release, and flag anything that doesn't fit real hospital practice.
- Apply your knowledge of medicines and healthcare terminology to improve product accuracy and usability.

Who We're Looking For

- A fresher or candidate with up to 1 year of experience who is interested in healthcare technology and hospital management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to non-technical staff.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office/Google Workspace, and an interest in learning software tools.
- Bonus: Familiarity with hospital information systems (HIS), pharmacy software, or hospital operations through an internship or practical exposure.
