Role Description The Implementation Executive–HRMS is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for end-to-end implementation of the HRMS platform for client organizations, including requirements gathering, system configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live support.

The Implementation

Executive works closely with client HR teams to understand processes, map workflows into the system, and ensure smooth onboarding and adoption. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product demonstrations, training users, preparing documentation, troubleshooting implementation issues, and coordinating with internal product and technical teams to resolve client queries. The role also involves monitoring implementation timelines,



ensuring adherence to project plans, and providing post-implementation support to optimize client use of the HRMS platform.

Qualifications

- Experience in HRMS or HR technology implementation, including requirements analysis, configuration, and user training.
- Knowledge of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, performance management, and employee data management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business processes into system workflows.
- Proficiency in working with data (e.g., Excel-based data migration, data validation) and comfort with SaaS platforms.
- Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with client stakeholders and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple implementations, prioritise tasks, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Technology, or a related field; certification in HR or HR technology is an advantage.
- Prior experience in HR operations, HR consulting, or customer success in an HR tech setting is highly beneficial.
