- Manager / Asst. Manager (On Papers)
- Quality Audit (On Papers)
- AR Caller & AR Analyst

Shift:

- Night shift only

Job Title 1: Manager / Assistant Manager (End to End AR-Denial) Experience: Above 12+ years US Medical Billing AR Denials with Client coordination

Skills: Excellent communication skills and Operation Managing & Client coordination

Job Title 2: Quality Audit (End to End AR-Denial)

Experience: 5+Years in US Medical Billing AR Quality / Audit

Skills: Excellent communication skills and strong knowledge of AR Audit Process.

Job Title 3: AR Caller & AR Analyst

Experience: 1 - 3 Years in US Medical Billing AR Calling or AR Analysis

Skills: Excellent communication skills and strong knowledge of denial management.





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) analysis and healthcare RCM processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in US English.
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy.
- Valuable understanding of medical billing, insurance processes, and denial management is preferred.
- Proficiency in using calling tools, CRM systems, and MS Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Work Mode:

- Work From Office (WFO)

Preferred Attributes:

- Experience working with US healthcare clients.
- Ability to work in night shifts (US time zones).
- Team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
