Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate AI/ML Technical Trainer to deliver industry-oriented technical training in Python, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in AI/ML technologies, the ability to explain complex concepts clearly, and practical exposure to AI/ML projects, model development, evaluation and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver instructor-led technical training in Python, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Design and deliver practical, industry-oriented AI/ML curriculum, assignments and projects.
- Conduct hands-on sessions involving data preprocessing, feature engineering, model building, evaluation and deployment.
- Train learners on Generative AI, LLMs, RAG and Prompt Engineering.
- Guide students/learners in developing real-world AI/ML projects.
- Conduct coding exercises, assessments, technical evaluations and project reviews.
- Explain complex AI/ML concepts through practical examples and live coding.
- Mentor learners on best practices in AI/ML development and deployment.
- Stay updated with emerging trends, frameworks and tools in AI, ML and Generative AI.
- Support learners in preparing for relevant AI/ML certifications and industry requirements.
- Collaborate with academic/technical teams to continuously improve training content and delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

- Strong industry experience in AI/ML development, Data Science or Generative AI.
- Prior experience in technical training, teaching, mentoring or corporate training is preferred.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be a hands-on AI/ML professional who can train learners from fundamentals to advanced concepts, including traditional Machine Learning, Deep Learning and the latest Generative AI, LLM and RAG technologies, while providing practical exposure through industry-relevant projects.

Industry/Training Experience: Mandatory

AI/ML Project Experience: Preferred

Generative AI / LLM / RAG Experience: Strongly Preferred
