Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle US and UK customer queries through voice, chat and email.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.
- Communicate with customers professionally and effectively.
- Maintain good customer experience throughout the interaction.

Salary: 20,000 to 38,000 CTC/month Night Shift Benefits: Pick & drop cab + 5,000 to 7,000 night allowance
