Role & Responsibilities

- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up for US Healthcare / Medical Billing accounts.
- Follow up with insurance companies on outstanding, unpaid, denied, rejected, and underpaid claims.
- Check claim status through insurance payer portals and websites.
- Analyze AR aging and prioritize accounts for timely follow-up.
- Work on denials, claim rejections, appeals, reconsiderations, and claim resubmissions.
- Review EOBs/ERAs and identify appropriate action on unpaid or underpaid claims.
- Contact US insurance companies and obtain claim status and payment information.
- Maintain accurate follow-up notes, call reference numbers, and claim status updates.
- Coordinate with internal billing, payment posting, and eligibility teams to resolve claim issues.
- Meet assigned productivity, quality, and collection targets.
- Follow company processes and maintain accuracy while handling patient accounts.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 1 to 7 years of experience in US Healthcare AR / Medical Billing / Revenue Cycle Management.
- Prior experience in AR Calling and Insurance Follow-up is preferred.
- Experience with Denial Management and Claims Follow-up will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of US healthcare insurance, claims, EOBs/ERAs, and payer processes.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.




- Comfortable communicating with US insurance representatives.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates must be willing to work from the office in Uppal, Hyderabad.
