LinguoPrep is looking for an experienced IELTS & PTE Trainer with 3–5 years of relevant teaching experience to join our online training team.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of IELTS and PTE exam patterns and assessment criteria, excellent English communication skills, and proven experience in delivering engaging online classes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct online IELTS and PTE training sessions.
- Train students in Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Explain exam patterns, question types, scoring criteria, and test-taking strategies.
- Prepare structured lesson plans, practice materials, and mock tests.
- Assess student performance and provide regular, constructive feedback.
- Identify students' strengths and areas requiring improvement.
- Track student progress and support them in achieving their target scores.
- Handle students across different proficiency levels.
- Conduct doubt-clearing and individual feedback sessions when required.
- Maintain an engaging and professional online learning environment.
- Stay updated with IELTS and PTE exam patterns and preparation strategies.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as an IELTS/PTE Trainer or English Language Trainer.
- Strong knowledge of IELTS and PTE exam formats, modules, and assessment criteria.
- Experience conducting online classes is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Robust communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to assess learners and provide effective feedback.
- Ability to create structured lesson plans and training strategies.
- Strong learner engagement and classroom management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in EdTech, online education, or international education.
- Experience training students for study-abroad or immigration purposes.
- Experience working with beginner to advanced-level learners.
- Relevant IELTS/PTE certification or teaching qualification.
