- Experience: 7-10+ years of hands-on Industrial Engineering experience in an apparel/garment manufacturing facility, with at least 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Technical Skills:
- Deep mastery of GSD (Garment Sewing Data), Time & Motion studies, and Operation Bulletin (OB) software.
- Expert knowledge of sewing line balancing and machinery allocation.
- Certifications in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) are highly preferred. [1]
