About the Role
Customize, configure and develop IAM solution integrations and architect, design and implement large scale IAM solutions while interacting with clients in an on-site and offshore delivery model and leading IAM strategy and business development activities.
Responsibilities
- Customize, configure and develop IAM solution integrations
- Architect, design and implement large scale IAM solutions
- Interact with clients, including working with client teams in an in office and offshore delivery model
- Advanced debugging and troubleshoot issues including interacting with technology vendors
- Mentor junior resources and explore new IAM technologies
- Contribute to eminence activities such as whitepapers pertaining to IAM technologies
- Lead requirements gathering, design documentation by conducting workshops in onsite – offshore delivery model for multiple projects
- Customize, configure and develop IAM solution integrations using requirements and design and independently manage project deliverables to successful completion
- Lead IAM strategy engagements (IAM roadmap, vendor selection etc.)
- Enabling business development by assisting in RFP and sales processes
- Spearhead exploring new IAM trends and technologies
- Participate in campus / lateral recruitment
