We are looking for Multple ICU RMO's for various 100+ bedded hospitals, offering solid exposure to critical care, advanced procedures, and modern ICU equipment under the guidance of highly experienced consultants.
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Manage and monitor ICU patients under senior supervision:
Assist in rounds, documentation, treatment updates, and emergency care.
1. Monitor vitals, investigations, ABG, ventilator parameters, and patient progress.
2. Coordinate with consultants, nurses, and ICU staff for smooth patient care.
4.Timely escalation of critical changes to seniors. Ability to perform intubations independently is essential for this role.
