Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced IBM Maximo Technical / Techno-Functional Consultant with 8+ years of hands-on IBM Maximo experience, including at least one complete end-to-end Maximo implementation.

The ideal candidate should have robust technical expertise in Maximo Integration, BIRT Reporting, Workflow Design & Development, Java, Automation Scripting, RDBMS, SQL, and Security Group Configuration, along with functional knowledge of Maximo Finance and Procurement.

The candidate will work closely with clients and functional teams to gather requirements, design technical solutions, develop and support Maximo applications, and integrate Maximo with external ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, customize, and support IBM Maximo solutions based on business requirements.
- Participate in end-to-end IBM Maximo implementations, including requirement analysis, solution design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Develop and maintain Maximo integrations with ERP and other enterprise systems.




- Design and develop BIRT reports based on business and operational reporting requirements.
- Configure and develop Maximo workflows to support business processes.
- Develop solutions using Java and Maximo Automation Scripts.
- Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL scripts and database queries using RDBMS technologies.
- Configure and maintain Maximo Security Groups, application access, permissions, and related security configurations.
- Work with Maximo Finance and Procurement processes and support related functional requirements.
- Interact directly with clients for requirement gathering, technical discussions, solution walkthroughs, issue resolution, and implementation support.
- Analyze business requirements and provide appropriate technical or techno-functional solutions with minimal dependency on the functional team.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, database, workflow, reporting, and production support issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical and functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage and guide team members, coordinate development activities, and ensure timely delivery.
- Work on both application development and application support projects as required.
