Key Responsibilities

- Lead PingFederate architecture, configuration, and implementation.

- Design and maintain IdP and SP federation integrations

- Configure SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID connect authentication flows.

- Integrate PingFederate with Active Directory, LDAP, MFA and enterprise applications.

- Manage HA, load balancing, disaster recovery, and platform upgrades.

- Troubleshoot complex authentication federation, token, and certificate issues.

- Lead L2/L3 production support and major incident resolution.

- Mentor IAM engineers and conduct technical reviews.

- Coordinate with security, infrastructure, network, and applications teams.

- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and architecture standards.

Required Technical Skills

- PingFederate administrations and troubleshooting

- SSO onboarding

- SAML 2.0,



OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.

- Authentication policies, adapters, selectors, and federation contracts.

- SSL/TLS, certificates, signing, and encryption.

- Active Directory/LDAP.

- Load balancers, DNS, Firewalls, and reverse proxies.

- IAM Security architecture and incident management.

- Scripting REST APIs, and enterprise integration.

Preferred Skills

- Pingfed, PingAccess, PingDirectory, PingOne.

- Microsoft Entra ID and cloud IAM.

- CyberArk PAM Integration.

- ServiceNow Integration and IAM automation.

- Linux, windows, Mac, and DevOps Tools.

CISSP or relevant IAM certifications.
