Role Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

IAM Analyst to support Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations, ensuring secure and compliant access management across enterprise applications and platforms. The role involves managing user access, supporting identity governance activities, maintaining compliance with access control policies, and partnering with business and technology teams to drive effective access management practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide IAM Support for day-to-day identity and access management operations.

- Create, modify, and disable user accounts across enterprise applications and platforms.

- Manage access provisioning and deprovisioning activities based on approved requests and established policies.

- Support user onboarding, offboarding, transfers, password resets, and access reviews.

- Validate and maintain user roles, permissions, and access entitlements to support Identity Governance objectives.

- Assist with periodic access certifications, lifecycle management activities,



and audit-related access reviews.

- Support Compliance Management initiatives by ensuring adherence to access control policies and governance standards.

- Analyze access-related data, identify discrepancies, and assist in remediation efforts.

- Maintain IAM process documentation, standard operating procedures, workflows, and operational reports.

- Develop and support metrics, dashboards, and key performance indicators to measure operational effectiveness and compliance.

- Collaborate with business users, application teams, security teams, and auditors to resolve access-related issues and support governance requirements.

- Utilize SailPoint to support identity lifecycle and access governance processes.
