About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Hybrid Mobile Application Developer with strong hands-on experience in both Flutter and React Native. You will design, build, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications, choosing the right framework for the job, mentoring junior developers, and working closely with design, backend, and QA teams to deliver reliable, high-performance apps on iOS and Android.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and/or React Native

· Own architecture decisions for mobile projects, including framework choice and app structure

· Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into responsive, pixel-accurate interfaces

· Integrate RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs and manage application state effectively

· Write clean, reusable, well-tested components across both frameworks as needed

· Optimize application performance, load times, and memory usage

· Debug and resolve complex issues across different devices, OS versions, and screen sizes

· Mentor junior and mid-level developers; lead code reviews and set engineering standards

· Collaborate with backend, QA, and design teams through the full app lifecycle

· Support app store release cycles (Play Store / App Store) including builds and submissions

· Evaluate and recommend the right framework (Flutter vs React Native) based on project needs

Required Skills & Qualifications





· 6 years of hands-on experience building production mobile apps, with strong working knowledge of both Flutter and React Native

· Strong proficiency in Dart (for Flutter) and JavaScript/TypeScript (for React Native)

· Track record of delivering real-world mobile applications live in production or published on the App Store and/or Google Play Store

· Deep understanding of state management in both ecosystems (Provider/Riverpod/Bloc for Flutter; Redux/Zustand/Context API for React Native)

· Experience integrating RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL APIs

· Solid understanding of mobile application architecture and performance optimization

· Familiarity with native build tools (Xcode, Android Studio)

· Experience working with Git and modern development workflows

· Strong problem-solving and debugging skills across both platforms

· Experience mentoring developers and leading technical discussions

· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Good to Have

· Hands-on experience with Expo for React Native projects

· Exposure to native module development (Swift/Kotlin/Java)

· Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Flutter Test, Detox)

· Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for mobile (Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions, Codemagic)

· Prior experience building e-commerce or fintech applications

Pay: ₹11,993.42 - ₹80,856.35 per month
