Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jhajjar for a material sourcing professional. The role involves identifying and evaluating suppliers for printing and related materials, requesting and comparing quotations, and negotiating contracts to secure favorable pricing and terms. The team member will manage procurement orders, track deliveries, and maintain accurate records of material usage and inventory levels.

Daily responsibilities include coordinating with production and operations teams to understand material requirements, resolving supply issues, and ensuring continuous availability of required materials.



The role also includes monitoring supplier performance, maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders, and supporting recruitment or coordination of additional sourcing support as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to evaluate suppliers, compare quotations, and optimize material costs.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and management.
- Experience in procurement and material sourcing, including managing purchase orders and supplier relationships.
- Ability to conduct contract negotiation to secure favorable terms while maintaining long-term partnerships.
- Background in recruiting or coordinating vendor resources and support staff is beneficial.
- Previous experience in printing, manufacturing, or related industries is an advantage.
- Proficiency with basic office and procurement software (e.g., spreadsheets, ERP or inventory tools).
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, commerce, business, or a related field preferred.
- Capability to work on-site in Jhajjar, manage time effectively, and handle multiple procurement priorities.
