Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HW Board Design Technical Lead to lead the design and development of complex high-speed embedded hardware platforms for automotive and industrial applications. The role requires robust expertise in hardware architecture, PCB design, high-speed interface implementation, board bring-up, validation, and technical leadership. The candidate should be capable of independently driving projects from requirements to product realization while mentoring engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end hardware design activities from requirement analysis to product release.
- Define system and board-level architecture for high-speed embedded hardware platforms.
- Design and develop Analog, Digital, and Mixed-Signal circuits.
- Perform schematic capture, design reviews, and PCB layout guidance.
- Lead board bring-up, debugging, validation, and root cause analysis.
- Implement and validate high-speed interfaces and communication protocols.
- Conduct signal integrity, thermal, and power analysis to ensure robust product design.
- Prepare design documentation, engineering reports, test plans, and customer presentations.
- Collaborate with FPGA, Firmware, Mechanical, and Validation teams for system integration.
- Manage technical risks, reviews, and design compliance activities.
- Drive small to medium-sized projects independently while mentoring junior engineers.
