- Responsibilities:

- Design &
- Development of HVAC &
- Power train cooling system and its related parts

- Specs understanding and Testing & evaluation at component and vehicle level

- SOR preparation and interaction with internal and External customers

- Technical review with suppliers and related agencies for design and development

- Analysis of quality issues from production and field

- Engineering drawing release and working on CATIA V5

- Cost & weight understating of system components

- Benchmarking the vehicles

Desired profile:

- Experience of product development life cycle from concept to production for HVAC &
- Power train cooling ( IC engine &
- EV both)

- Solid experience hands on with vehicle thermal performance testing

- Experience in Heat load calculation of HVAC system &

- Power tarin cooling system design

- Knowledge of HVAC &





- POWER TRAIN cooling system components ( Compressor, HVAC unit, condenser , Radiator &
- Hoses and its interface parts with application)

- Knowledge of EV battery thermal management

- Knowledge of Thermal system logics ( HVAC &

- Power train cooling)

- Should have experience on working on CATIA V5 &

- UGs

- Understanding of application of Homologation testing requirements

- Knowledge of DFMEA &

- PFMEA

Educational Qualification:

- B. E./ B. Tech -(Mandatory)

- ME/ M Tech (Optional)

- 5-8 years of work experience in design and development of HVAC system

Working with CFT and people from different regions/ countries would be expected
