HVAC Project Manager

Position: HVAC Project Manager Department: Projects Industry: HVAC / Air Conditioning

Role Overview The HVAC Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and successfully completing HVAC projects within the approved timelines, budget, quality standards, and safety requirements. The role involves managing project activities from initial planning through execution, commissioning, and final handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage HVAC projects from project initiation to completion and handover.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical requirements.
- Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Coordinate site activities and supervise project execution in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources required for project execution.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, material requirements, and overall project performance.
- Coordinate with the design, procurement, estimation, planning, and site teams.
- Ensure HVAC installation works are carried out as per applicable standards, approved drawings,



and project specifications.
- Monitor quality, safety, and compliance throughout project execution.
- Identify project risks, delays, technical issues, and resource requirements and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress updates to management and clients.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, snag rectification, documentation, and final project handover.
- Maintain project records, reports, drawings, approvals, and other relevant documentation.
- Support client requirements and resolve project-related technical and operational issues.
- Ensure successful project completion while maintaining quality, safety, cost, and schedule objectives.
