We're Hiring: HVAC Project Manager

- Salary:* Rs. 50,000 - Rs. 60,000 per month
- Joining:* Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven HVAC Projects Manager to lead and manage multiple HVAC projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Overall responsibility for planning, execution, and delivery of multiple HVAC projects
- Lead a team of Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and Technicians
- Project budgeting, cost control, BOQ preparation, estimation and billing
- Review and approve AutoCAD drawings, designs, and technical specifications
- Client, consultant and vendor management - Handling meetings and negotiations
- Ensure all projects are completed as per safety, quality and statutory norms
- Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues and escalations
- Handle procurement,



resource allocation and manpower planning
- Prepare and present project status reports to management

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 8-12 years of extensive experience in HVAC Project Management (VRF/VRV, Chiller, AHU, Ducting, Piping)
- Solid leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of HVAC design, estimation, and execution
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project / Project Planning tools
- Strong client handling, communication and decision-making skills

Eligibility

- Must have handled large commercial / industrial / residential HVAC projects

Work Location: West Mogappair, Chennai. Immediate joiners are preferred.
