Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical design efforts, prepare detailed HVAC engineering calculations, and produce high-quality construction documents in Revit.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop HVAC design concepts from Schematic Design (SD) through Construction Documentation (CD) phases.
- Conduct cooling/heating load estimations using HAP/Trane Trace and perform psychrometric & ductwork calculations.
- Equipment selection and layout for CHW, WSHP, and variable/constant flow systems.
- Prepare HVAC narratives, specifications, ASI revisions, and project schedules within allocated budget hours.
- Coordinate design models and drawings with architectural, structural, and electrical teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 4–8+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC design (US MEP consulting experience highly preferred).
- Software Expertise: Revit MEP (Advanced) and AutoCAD.
- Shift/Timing: Monday to Friday, standard hours (10:30 AM – 7:30 PM IST) with willingness to support overlap hours when project needs arise.
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
