Operation of HVAC systems including chillers, pumps, Cooling Towers, AHUs, CSUs, cooling towers, ventilation systems, and exhaust systems. • Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of HVAC equipment.
- Troubleshoot HVAC equipment failures and identify root causes of breakdowns.
- Monitor operating parameters & performance of the HVAC system.
- Prepare and maintain preventive maintenance schedules, checklists, logbooks, and equipment records.
