Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Estimation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in HVAC estimation, tendering, BOQ analysis, quantity take-off and costing.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience with MEP/HVAC contracting or EPC organizations, particularly in chiller-based HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse HVAC tender documents, BOQs, specifications and drawings.
- Handle end-to-end HVAC estimation and tendering activities.
- Prepare quantity take-offs, rate analysis, cost estimates and project costing.
- Work on chiller-based HVAC systems and associated equipment.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and tender submissions.
- Review project scope, BOQ quantities, specifications and commercial requirements.
- Identify value engineering and cost optimization opportunities.
- Review vendor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and internal engineering/project teams.
- Evaluate HVAC equipment, materials, installation requirements and associated costs.
- Support tender clarifications and commercial discussions.
- Ensure accurate and competitive project estimates within defined timelines.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in HVAC Estimation.




- Strong experience in MEP/HVAC Contracting or EPC.
- Hands-on experience in Chiller-based HVAC Estimation.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ Analysis, Quantity Take-Off, Rate Analysis and Costing.
- Experience in HVAC Tendering and Techno-Commercial Proposal preparation.
- Good understanding of HVAC equipment, materials and installation requirements.
- Experience in Vendor Quotation Evaluation and Comparative Statement preparation.
- Knowledge of HVAC contracting practices and project costing.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates from HVAC Contracting, MEP Contracting, EPC, Building Services or large-scale infrastructure projects will be preferred.

Candidates with strong core HVAC Estimation & Tendering experience are encouraged to apply.
