Join a agile automotive engineering team focused on validating next-generation HVAC and Body Electronics systems. As an HVAC HiL Test Engineer, you will work on advanced Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) platforms, developing and executing automated test solutions to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of automotive control systems.

Your Role

You will be responsible for requirement analysis, test development, automation, execution, and validation of HVAC and Body Electronics systems using dSPACE and Vector HiL platforms. You will collaborate with system engineers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage and timely delivery.

In this role, you will:

- Analyze system and software requirements for HVAC and Body Electronics functions.
- Develop test specifications, automated test scripts, and testing frameworks.
- Execute functional and diagnostic test cases on dSPACE and Vector HiL platforms.
- Perform testing of HVAC, Power Network Management, Battery Management Systems, DCDC Converters, and Body Electronics features.
- Validate communication protocols including CAN, LIN, FlexRay, and Automotive Ethernet.
- Execute and automate UDS diagnostic test scenarios.
- Analyze, debug, and report test failures while coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Maximize test automation and improve testing efficiency.
- Commission and configure HiL setups, including plant models.
- Define work packages and guide team members and external partners.
- Support stakeholder communication and project status tracking.

Your Profile

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong automotive domain knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
- HVAC
- Body Electronics
- Powertrain
- Safety Systems
- Door Control Modules
- Power Windows
- Sunroof
- Interior/Exterior Lighting
- Airbag
- ESP
- Expertise in dSPACE and/or Vector HiL Simulators.
- Strong experience with VTestStudio, PROVEtech, and MONACO.
- Hands-on expertise in CAPL, VB, or Python scripting.
- Strong knowledge of CAN, LIN, FlexRay,



and Automotive Ethernet protocols.
- Experience in UDS Diagnostics Testing.
- Experience in Test Automation and Framework Development.
- Good knowledge of DOORS, DOORS NG, and PREEvision.
- Experience in test execution, debugging, and failure analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in monitoring and coordinating assigned tasks within teams.

Preferred Skills:

- Hands-on experience with Vector CAN tools such as CANoe, CANape, and VTestStudio.
- Experience with Control Desk and Configuration Desk.
- Exposure to Softing MONACO.
- Experience in Functional Testing of:
- Power Network Management (PNM)
- Battery Management Systems (BMS)
- DCDC Converters
- Exposure to multi-cultural and global automotive project environments.
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.
