Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare HVAC shop drawings (ducting, piping, AHU/FCU layouts, ventilation systems)

- Develop isometric drawings for steam pipelines and water pipelines (chilled water / hot water / process lines)

- Modify drawings as per client/consultant/site requirements

- Prepare BOQ and material take-off from drawings

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project/site teams for drawing approvals

- Support site execution and resolve drawing-related issues

- Prepare as-built drawings after project completion

Required Skills:

- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D)

- Good understanding of HVAC systems and piping systems (steam & water)

- Experience in isometric piping drawings

- Ability to read architectural & MEP drawings

- Valuable communication for client interaction & coordination

- BOQ preparation and quantity estimation skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
