HVAC / Mechanical Project Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a driven HVAC / Mechanical Project Engineer to take complete ownership of our HVAC projects from concept to completion. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business development and technical execution—managing everything from generating fresh client enquiries to final project handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Development & Design

Generate fresh enquiries and explore new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients. Conduct heat load calculations and create preliminary HVAC system design concepts based on customer requirements.

Select equipment and materials aligned with project specifications, and prepare comprehensive techno-commercial proposals.

- Project Execution & Site Management

Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems as per approved drawings. Handle active site work, including managing manpower, material resource planning, and tracking project timelines.

Prepare precise measurement documents and as-built drawings.

Stakeholder Coordination & ServiceCollaborate and communicate smoothly with architects, consultants,



project managers, and client representatives at the site.

Manage after-sales support, repairs, and generate revenue through Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).

Maintain complete project documentation, relevant office files, and progress reports.

What We Are Looking For

- Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Technical Skills: Complete proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Knowledge of SolidWorks, Revit, or HVAC simulation tools is a plus).

Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Air-conditioning Systems and ASHRAE standards.

Target-Driven: A relentless focus on achieving project milestones and commercial targets with absolute clarity.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent command over English and strong communication skills to manage cross-functional site teams and clients.

Mobility: Must possess own conveyance and be fully open to traveling across Delhi/NCR for work.
