HR Trainee | Paschim Vihar, New Delhi

Job Overview

We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Trainee to gain hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and talent management. The role will involve supporting day-to-day HR activities, coordinating with employees and hiring teams, maintaining HR processes and records, and contributing to various people-focused initiatives.

Location: Paschim Vihar, Recent Delhi

Work Mode: On-site

Work Schedule: 5 days a week

Duration: 3 months paid training period, with a possibility of extension/full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and agency databases.
- Hiring Coordination: Schedule interviews, conduct initial assessments, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Onboarding: Prepare offer letters, collect documents, and coordinate new-hire setup with IT/Finance.
- HR Records: Maintain candidate and employee records, recruitment funnels, and hiring metrics in Google Sheets.
- HR Communication: Draft and share updates related to leave, attendance, and compliance via email/WhatsApp.
- Talent Research:



Identify passive talent across different sectors and support employer branding on social platforms.
- Interview Support: Prepare JDs, interview questions, and feedback forms based on role requirements.
- Collaboration: Work with the HR Lead and department heads to streamline hiring for a growing agency.

Required Skills & Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 3+ months of prior HR experience , with strong knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Interest and passion to grow in HR operations and talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace & LinkedIn .
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of Indian labour laws and onboarding practices.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
