Role: HR & Business Operations SpecialistHyderabad, India | Full-Time | Onsite

We are looking for an experienced HR & Business Operations Specialist to support our growing U.S. IT consulting and staffing operations.

This is a broader role than traditional HR. The selected candidate will work closely with our U.S. management, employees, consultants, clients, vendors, recruiters, accounting teams, and other business partners.

The company emphasizes delivering solutions that are the best fit for each customer while preventing cost overruns and acts as a single point of accountability for software, hardware, and implementation services.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage employee/consultant onboarding, offboarding, HR documentation, and personnel records.
- Coordinate MSAs, SOWs, POs, project extensions, amendments, and other contractual documentation.
- Work with clients and vendors on onboarding, compliance, documentation,



and ongoing project requirements.
- Support invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, payment follow-ups, and collections.
- Coordinate timesheets, payroll inputs, benefits, and employee-related activities.
- Support U.S. state-level employer requirements, including state registrations and unemployment accounts.
- Maintain contract, employee, vendor, and compliance records.
- Support recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and general HR operations.

Qualifications
- Experience in HR/Business Operations, preferably within a U.S. IT consulting or staffing organization.
- Valuable understanding of the U.S. staffing lifecycle, vendor management, and employee/consultant operations.
- Experience with MSA/SOW documentation, invoicing, payments, contracts, and project extensions is highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of U.S. and Indian employment/compliance processes relevant to the role.
- Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and work with U.S.-based stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
