Role Description The Human Resources Trainee will support day-to-day HR operations and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, assisting in employee benefits administration, and helping coordinate training and development programs. The trainee will also participate in personnel management tasks such as attendance tracking, performance documentation,



and supporting employee engagement initiatives. This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru South, requiring close collaboration with HR leadership and other internal stakeholders to ensure a positive and compliant workplace environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration.
- Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management and basic employee record handling.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with HRIS systems is an advantage.
- Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in building a career in HR and willingness to learn from structured mentorship and practical exposure.
