Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Indore. This role involves supporting end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and assisting with performance management processes. The specialist will help implement HR policies, administer employee benefits, and support compliance with applicable regulations and company guidelines.





Daily responsibilities include responding to employee queries, facilitating training and development activities, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives and a positive workplace culture. The role also requires close collaboration with management and team leaders to meet staffing needs and support organizational growth.
