Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Current Delhi. This role is responsible for supporting end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records management, and HR documentation.

The specialist will assist in implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and addressing routine employee queries in a timely and confidential manner.



Day-to-day tasks include maintaining HR information systems, supporting performance and attendance tracking, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations. The role also collaborates with managers to support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and a positive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience handling core HR operations.
- Ability to develop, interpret, and apply HR Policies while supporting Personnel Management activities.
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration and related compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS tools and basic MS Office applications.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced corporate or travel/technology environment is beneficial.
