Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Recruiter (Target based) at CareerBloc. The recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including understanding client requirements, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers and clients.

The role involves meeting defined placement targets, maintaining accurate recruitment pipelines, and providing regular progress updates to stakeholders. The recruiter will build and maintain talent pools,



nurture candidate relationships, and ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding. The position also requires collaborating with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with business needs and using data to refine sourcing and selection approaches.

Qualifications

- Talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and qualified networking tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with candidates and clients.
- Ability to work with target-based goals, manage multiple requisitions, and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, basic labor regulations, and ethical recruitment standards.
- Comfort with remote work environments, including time management, self-motivation, and use of digital collaboration tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in agency recruitment, BPO recruitment, or high-volume hiring is an advantage.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track metrics and improve recruitment performance over time.
