About the Role

We are looking for an HR & Recruitment Specialist based in India to manage end-to-end recruitment and support day-to-day HR operations. Recruitment will be the primary focus of this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviews, selection, offer coordination, and follow-up.
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Coordinate with management to understand hiring requirements and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.




- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and other HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and assist with payroll processing.
- Support employee and team management activities, including regular communication and follow-ups.
- Assist with HR policies, documentation, performance tracking, and general employee concerns.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate and employee experience.

Qualifications

- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
- Strong experience sourcing and screening candidates.
- Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Familiarity with onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and employee documentation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with a remote management team.

Preferred

- Experience recruiting for IT, software, web development, or digital services positions.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and Indian job portals.
- Knowledge of basic Indian HR and payroll processes.
