Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Placement Recruiter to join Aspire Consultancy. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing candidate relationships, and successfully closing placements with our client companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand client job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and client companies.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure regular follow-up until candidate joining.
- Handle candidate queries and provide proper interview and joining guidance.
- Achieve assigned monthly recruitment and joining targets.
- Coordinate with the client acquisition team regarding current vacancies.
- Maintain proper records of interviews, selections, offers, and joining status.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate network for future requirements.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

- Candidate registrations and sourcing.
- Interviews scheduled.
- Candidate selections.
- Successful candidate joinings.
- Follow-up and conversion ratio.
- Database maintenance and daily recruitment activity.
