Role Description The Human Resources Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities to support Criclive.in’s growing team. This full time, on-site role is based in Janakpuri and involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes with hiring managers.

The recruiter will maintain job postings, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. Additional responsibilities include maintaining recruitment metrics, assisting with onboarding of new hires, and supporting HR initiatives that promote an inclusive and engaging workplace.



The role requires regular collaboration with internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills in stakeholder communication, relationship management, and collaboration with hiring managers.
- Candidates should possess skills in maintaining applicant records, tracking recruitment metrics, and using HR or ATS software.
- Candidates should possess skills in onboarding support, basic HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present clearly and professionally.
- Ability to work on-site in Janakpuri, manage multiple vacancies, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in digital media, sports, or technology organizations, is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
