✨ Has a good understanding of Retail & Technology hiring

✨ Has strong experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment

✨ Has hands-on experience in Lateral Hiring

✨ Has handled Leadership / Senior-Level Hiring

✨ Is skilled in headhunting and passive candidate sourcing

✨ Can independently manage end-to-end recruitment

✨ Has strong candidate engagement and assessment skills

✨ Is comfortable interacting with hiring managers and senior stakeholders

Experience across Retail, Technology, Digital, Product, E-commerce, and other Non-IT functions will be an advantage.
