Hiring: HR Recruiter – Phlebotomist Recruitment

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team and manage hiring for Phlebotomists across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end recruitment of Phlebotomists for home collection, hospital, diagnostic centre, and camp requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, recruitment groups, references, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on qualifications, experience, location, and operational requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate selection with the operations team.
- Manage offer, joining, documentation, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
- Ensure positions are closed within the defined TAT .





Mandatory Requirement ✅ Experience in the Diagnostic / Healthcare industry is mandatory.

✅ Prior experience in Phlebotomist hiring is mandatory.

✅ Good understanding of phlebotomist profiles and field/home collection requirements.

✅ Solid communication and coordination skills.

✅ Ability to handle multiple locations and hiring requirements.

Job Location

[Ashok Vihar - Phase 4]

Experience

[Min 1 Year] – Preference will be given to candidates with relevant diagnostic/healthcare recruitment experience.
