Role Description The Human Resources Operations Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role oversees end-to-end HR operations, including implementation and maintenance of HR policies, HR processes, and compliance with regulatory and company standards.

The position involves managing employee life cycle activities such as onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, payroll inputs, and exit formalities. The manager works closely with business leaders and HR teams to address employee queries,



support performance management cycles, and drive initiatives that strengthen employee relations and engagement. The role also includes monitoring HR metrics, streamlining workflows, and contributing to continuous improvement of HR service delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in handling core HR functions.
- Candidates should possess expertise in HR Operations and HR Policies, including process design, implementation, and compliance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to address concerns, mediate issues, and foster a positive work environment.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in HR systems and tools (e.g., HRIS, payroll interfaces) and strong data management capabilities.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Relevant experience in HR operations in large or multi-location organizations is preferred; prior exposure to the insurance or financial services sector is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a postgraduate qualification or professional HR certification is beneficial.
