This role will align HR practices with plant operational goals, focusing on cost management, recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and attrition management.
? Key Responsibilities
- Drive HR cost management aligned with AOP.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding digitization, and recent joiner experience.
- Implement Recognition & Rewards (R&R;) and Diversity & Inclusion frameworks.
- Manage compliance, attrition, and HR system adoption using Kaizen principles.
? Qualifications & Experience
- MBA + BE/B.Tech
- 7–12 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing/plant environments.
? Attributes
- Strong interpersonal skills, conflict management, and decision-making.
- Functional excellence in HR operations.
- Experience in HR system adoption and audit compliance.
