Somaniply is a growing Indian plywood and interior building materials brand with a solid presence across project and institutional markets. As we continue to expand our team and operations, we are looking for a hands-on HR professional who can take ownership of recruitment and day-to-day people processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across sales, accounts, operations and other functions
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and industry networks
- Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding and employee documentation
- Manage attendance, leave records and employee data
- Support performance reviews and employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate payroll inputs and HR-related compliance
- Handle employee queries and routine HR matters
- Work closely with management on manpower planning and hiring requirements
- Develop and improve HR processes as the organisation grows

What We’re Looking For





- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong recruitment and candidate-sourcing skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to independently manage responsibilities and follow up consistently
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working closely with senior management
- Exposure to building materials, construction, interiors, B2B sales organisations or related industries would be an advantage
