Job Responsibilities
- Manage complete HR operations across all group companies.
- Handle recruitment, interviews, onboarding and employee documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave, employee records and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate employee performance reviews, incentives and appraisals.
- Plan and conduct employee training and development programs.
- Handle employee grievances, discipline and workplace issues.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and processes.
- Monitor manpower requirements and ensure proper staffing across businesses.
- Organize employee engagement, recognition and team-building activities.
- Coordinate with management and department heads on HR-related matters.
- Maintain HR MIS and provide regular manpower and performance reports.
- Ensure applicable labour-law and statutory HR compliance.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate / MBA / PGDM in HR preferred.
- 5+ years of HR experience preferred.
- Experience in automobile, hospitality, retail, entertainment or service industries will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, leadership and people-management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR systems.
- Should be proactive, organized, confidential and capable of handling multiple businesses.
